Mimi is a Korean national and was called to the bar in April 2015, making her one of just a handful of Koreans who is fully qualified to practice Singapore law. Mimi’s practice focuses on International Commercial Arbitration and Litigation. She has represented clients in international arbitration under various institutional rules (including SIAC, ICC and LCIA), seated in major arbitration venues, such as New York and Singapore. Mimi also regularly appears in Singapore High Court for various civil and commercial matters.
On the advisory front, Mimi advises clients on crypto related projects in Singapore as well as assists in drafting commercial documents such as shareholders’ agreements and sale and purchase agreements.
Mimi has maintained her close ties to Korea since moving to Singapore and provides legal assistance to many Korean companies and nationals in Singapore. Mimi is also currently appointed as the legal advisor for the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Singapore.

Kazutaka Mori was registered as a Japanese lawyer in 2010 and worked at a Japanese law firm whose main business is M & A and overseas advancement support. After that, Mr. Mori worked at the Singapore office of Global Law Farm (Eversheds) from 2017 to 2018.
Mr. Mori is engaged in Asian legal affairs, mainly in Singapore, and provides legal services to support cross-border transactions, advance to Asia and business development.
Recently, advisory work related to advanced business such as FinTech is rapidly increasing. In particular, Mr. Mori provides services such as support for the establishment of a crypto currency exchanges in ASEAN countries, building business model based on regulations of each country, review of white paper, and preparation of legal opinion on ICO or STO.

Richard Lee is our Blockchain and Crypto Specialist, with a focus on ICOs and STOs. He regularly advises on token economy structuring, listing on crypto exchanges, and token sales to crypto funds and venture capital funds.
Richard also provides regulatory and marketing advice to clients seeking to launch ICOs and STOs in Singapore.
Prior to joining FLA, Richard was Head (Singapore Office) with Chain Partners, the first, and one of the largest, global blockchain company builder from Korea.
Richard also has a strong background in investment banking. Richard previously worked in the investment banking divisions at Yuanta Securities, KB Securities, and Hana Financial Investment, where he was heavily involved in IPOs, M&As, structured finance, ABS, and the issuance of stocks and bonds.

Christine is our Korean Business Formation Specialist. Having lived in Singapore for more than 13 years, she is a Singapore Citizen and possesses MOM Employment Agency license, Council for Estate Agency license, and MAS Financial Advisor license. She is also currently a steering committee member of the Korean Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.
Christine regularly assists clients with incorporation and corporate secretarial work in Singapore as well as visa and work permit applications. She has deep expertise in assisting Korean corporate and individual clients looking to expand their business to Southeast Asia, and also advises clients on the Global Investor’s Programme. She also offers a one-stop solution for the clients who are looking to launch ICOs in Singapore.
