Edward is one of only a handful of Singaporean lawyers who are effectively bilingual in both English and Japanese. Before attending law school at the Singapore Management University (SMU), he spent a stint studying Japanese politics at Waseda University in Tokyo, where he was selected as the cohort valedictorian.

After graduating with a Doctor of Jurisprudence (Magna Cum Laude) from the SMU in 2022, Edward was called to the Singapore Bar in 2023. He handles a wide variety of cases for Japanese clients in Singapore, focusing on cross-border disputes which include litigation and international arbitration. He has experience in complex cases before the Singapore High Court and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.

Along with other members of the One Asia Lawyers Group, Edward has also co-authored a book on data protection laws in the Asia Pacific region.

2023年、シンガポール経営大学（Singapore Management University）法科大学院を卒業し、弁護士登録後、日系企業へ幅広くリーガルアドバイスを提供している。

国際的な民事訴訟と国際仲裁を含めてクロスボーダー紛争解決を業務中心として、シンガポール高等裁判所およびシンガポール国際仲裁センター（Singapore International Arbitration Centre）にて、数多くの紛争解決案件を取り扱う経験を有する。加えて、雇用法、会社法等の企業法務案件も対応する。

数少ない日本語に堪能なシンガポール人弁護士であり、早稲田大学で留学生として日本の政治を学び、留学生代表として選定された経験を有する。

堪能な語学力を生かしOne Asia Lawyers Groupのメンバーと共に、アジアパシフィック地域各国の個人情報保護制度に関する書籍を執筆した。
