Mimi Ahn

Mimi is a Korean national and was called to the bar in April 2015, making her one of just a handful of Koreans who is fully qualified to practice Singapore law. Mimi’s practice focuses on International Commercial Arbitration and Litigation. She has represented clients in international arbitration under various institutional rules (including SIAC, ICC and LCIA), seated in major arbitration venues, such as New York and Singapore. Mimi also regularly appears in Singapore High Court for various civil and commercial matters.

On the advisory front, Mimi advises clients on crypto related projects in Singapore as well as assists in drafting commercial documents such as shareholders’ agreements and sale and purchase agreements.

Mimi has maintained her close ties to Korea since moving to Singapore and provides legal assistance to many Korean companies and nationals in Singapore. Mimi is also currently appointed as the legal advisor for the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Singapore.
